  ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION
• The meeting will take place at the Bermuda Run Country Club 6 PM to 8 PM:
  324 Bermuda Run Dr, Bermuda Run, NC 27006
• The annual meeting of the Kinderton Village Single Family Homeowner’s Association has been rescheduled for March, 19th, 2024 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. The original meeting had to be adjourned to a later date due to a lack of Quorum. The rescheduled meeting reduces the Quorum requirement by 50% and will allow the association to hold the election and conduct business as listed on the agenda below.

Please note; If you had previously submitted your proxy for the original meeting and did not enter an expiration date, your proxy & ballot is still valid and no further action is required. Otherwise, enclosed you will find a Board of Directors Ballot form. There is only one open board position up for election this year. On the opposite side of the Ballot you will find a proxy statement which will allow someone to vote in your place in the event you are unable to attend these proceedings. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the enclosed proxy statement and return to Cedar Management Group at the address or fax listed at the top of this page.
