This letter serves as notice of the Annual Meeting of the Kinderton Village Master Association. The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the Bermuda Run Country Club 324 Bermuda Run Drive Bermuda Run, NC. Sign-in will start at 6:00pm and the business meeting will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. A summary agenda is enclosed.
Purpose and Quorum: The main purpose of the Annual Meeting is the election of Directors for the year. Your sub-association designated representative will be casting the votes for your association.
Election of Directors: At this meeting three (3) directors will be elected to the Kinderton Village Master Board. Please feel free to nominate yourself. Each nominee will be asked to give a 2-3 minute speech describing why they would like to serve on the Master Board.

Starting Monday, January 30, 2022
Kinderton Neighbors,
Starting next Monday, Jones Tree Service will begin trimming low lying limbs from trees located between the sidewalks and streets.
If you normally park in front of your home, please use your driveway while work is in progress.
The intent is to remove only those limbs which impede safe travel by large vehicles (e.g. trash trucks, school buses) over the roadway, and branches which are sagging over sidewalks.
Our contractor is not tasked with trimming limbs hanging over resident's porches or roofs.
Owners wishing to have limbs trimmed over their property, should submit an ARC request located here:
