This will give homeowners the opportunity to conveniently vote for elections and other important matters electronically. Electronic Proxy is also a way to help us establish a quorum at our annual elections.

Pertaining to § 47F-3-110. Voting; proxies. The GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA SESSION 2021 HOUSE BILL 320: Committee Substitute Favorable 3/23/21Committee Substitute #2 Favorable 3/24/21Senate Judiciary Committee Substitute Adopted 9/1/21 approved voting by electronic means. Accordingly, Kinderton Village Single Family Board of Directors shall elect a total of (3) new directors for 2023 to serve on the Single Family Board and shall utilize electronic voting to establish quorum and to expand voting to those who a) prefer electronic method, b) cannot attend annual meeting in person, or c) elects not to vote via paper proxy and US Mail.
