Home owners should receive a copy of their Plat at time of home settlement.
It can also be found on Davie County Register Of Deeds Remote Access Site at
http://www.daviencrod.org/
Here are steps to access the Plats on their website.
Step 1: Read Legal Disclaimer then click on their page link
"Acknowledge Disclaimer to Begin Searching Records"
Step 2: Read disclaimer and then click on "Full System
" (Indexing and Imaging Combined Retrieval).
Step 3: Fill out the form with suggested highlighted areas below on their site
and hit search to find deed record and Plat Book/Page number.
Step 4: Select the name you are looking for.
Your Plat book number and page number will be listed under description.
Write book number and page number down.
Step 5: Return back to main page at www.daviencrod.org/welcome.asp
Select "Imaging System Only" then fill out highlighted area.
Then Select Plats, your book number and page number.
Hit view page and your
