Kinderton Village is filled with charm as soon as you enter the community. Throughout the neighborhood you will see the lovely landscaped open spaces and all the streets are lined with miles of sidewalk. You can find Kinderton Village located in the beautiful Town of Bermuda Run, Davie County, North Carolina. The main entrance can be found right off of Yadkin Valley Rd., which is just off of NC Route 801, and is easily accessible from I-40. It is conveniently located near local dining, walking trails, sports parks, hotels and medical facilities. “Long before it was Kinderon Village, S. Clay Williams, president of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, fell in love with a patch of gently rolling acreage along the Yadkin River and decided to build a country retreat for himself and his family that they named Win-Mock Farm Dairy.” [1] “The farm stayed in the Williams family until the Bahnson family later took it over in 1949.” [2] In 1996, 300 acres was then sold to the Hillsdale Group LLC for the development of a Kinderton Commercial / Residential area. Kinderton Village was then developed over 3 phases from 2004 to 2021 with multiple builders to become the neighborhood it is today.
