The Kinderton Village residential club house is located right off of 195 North Forke Drive in the Kinderton Village community. This lovely 500 sq. ft. meeting area is used for Kinderton Events, Club Meetings and for Kinderton Residents to rent for small gatherings. 

The club house area can accommodate up to 40 people and has an adjacent kitchen area for convenience. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave and is a perfect area to do light prep for events. Restroom facilities are located in the main club house area. 

 

The Kinderton Village residential pool is located right off of 195 North Forke Drive is co-located with the Kinderton club house. Residents enjoy the Kinderton Pool the end of May to the beginning of September and is included in their HOA dues.

Kinderton Village has 2 full size playgrounds with slides, swings and climbing areas for families to enjoy their time together. Playground (1) is conveniently located next to the Kinderton Pool and Club House area. Playground (2) is a large play area with a picnic bench and little book library located between Oak Wind Drive and Town Park Drive for families to enjoy .

Kinderton Village Single Family HOA is currently making improvements to open space on Kilbourne drive where a small toddler play area for Kinderton children will be created.

BASKETBALL

Kinderton Village residents enjoy playing basketball on a perfect size half court with friends and family. The court is located right next to the playground between Oak Wind Drive and Town Park Drive. A second basketball net is located on the Kinderton Clubhouse / Pool parking lot.

Kinderton Village features a full size sand volleyball court for residents to leisurely play with family and friends. During spring to fall Kinderton Village organizes scheduled group volleyball games. See more details HERE.
