This lovely 500 sq. ft. meeting space is perfect for any small gathering, accommodating a maximum of 40 people.
The meeting space has an adjacent kitchen with a refrigerator & microwave.
Restroom facilities are located in the main club house area.
Included in your rental fee are (4) 6 ft. tables seats 8 each, (1) round table seats 4, 36 chairs for your use.
RENTAL FEE IS $40 FOR 4 HOURS (with a $100 Security Deposit).
You can add $10 for each additional hour.
