Master Association HOA

The Master Association HOA oversees the common grounds that are deeded to the Master Association and the overall appearance of the Kinderton Village community. There are five properties currently deeded to the Master Board. This includes areas that include the Clubhouse, Lake, and Playgrounds & Pool.  

 

The Master Board of Directors is elected by the 5 sub-associations and is currently using Priestley Management Company to handle HOA business for the community.

This is a closed meeting but homeowners may request a special invitation to address the board.
