Charleston Townhomes HOA oversees the common grounds that are deeded to the Charleston Townhomes HOA. There are currently 9 Townhome units part of the Charleston Townhomes HOA.
The Charleston Townhomes of directors is elected by the Charleston Townhomes HOA Members and are currently self managed by the Board.
