Carriage Homes HOA oversees the common grounds that are deeded to the Carriage Homes HOA. There are currently 8 Carriage Home units part of the Carriage Homes HOA.
The Carriage Homes Board of directors is elected by the Carriage Homes Homeowner Members and are currently self managed by the Board.
