Single Family HOA

Single Family HOA oversees the common grounds and alleyways that are deeded to them. There are currently 15 common area properties deeded to the Single Family HOA and 415 single family home units part of the Single Family HOA. 

The Single Family Board of directors is elected by the Single Family Homeowner Members and is currently using Cedar Management Group to handle HOA business for the Single Family HOA.
