It's time for the annual Kinderton Village Community Yard Sale!
The Master Board has granted the Single Family Board a one-time variance from the covenant restriction on individual yard sales for this special community event.
WANT TO PARTICIPATE?
Set up your sale right in the comfort of your own FRONT yard.
Please note: Yard sales may not be set up in alleyways.
REGISTRATION — $10 PER HOME
The $10 registration fee helps cover:
- Event advertising
- Outdoor signage
- Local law enforcement patrol to assist with parking and traffic concerns
Registration Deadline: Saturday, September 26
Homes registered by the deadline will be included on the Kinderton Village Yard Sale Map, which will be available online and shared on social media.
After registering, you will receive an email with instructions for submitting your $10 registration fee.
