The Master HOA is pleased to announce that the swimming pool will open for the 2026 season on Saturday May 16, 2026. The season will end on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Pool hours are 8am – 8pm Monday through Sunday.
All owners or renters must have an access card to use the pool facilities. If you are a new owner of a preexisting property, the pool card should have been transferred with the property. If the card was not transferred, replacement cards are $50.00. Tenants requesting pool cards must provide proof of residence from your leasing agent.
New Card Payment and Pickup: If you wish to arrange to make payment and pick up a card in the Winston office, please contact Jasmine at jbox@priestleymanagement.com or call 336.609.6934. to schedule an appointment in the office located at 1318 Ashley Square Winston-Salem. Appointments are required to ensure someone is available to assist you. Only Check or money orders are accepted. We cannot take Cash or Credit Cards.
Cards by mail: Mail a check for $50.00 to Kinderton Village Master Association 1318 Ashley Sq, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. All checks must contain a note detailing what the check is for and where the pool card must be mailed. Credit Card cards are not accepted. Pool access cards are sent out by mail weekly. Please allow 7-10 days for this process.
Inoperable cards: If your card is not operational, please first check any open balances due on your account. Any outstanding balances over 30 days, including late fees and fines will result in the card being deactivated. If you have any account balance, please make payment arrangements with your Association Management Company. After the account is brought current and Priestley Management receives confirmation from your management company or association treasurer, then the card will be reactivated.
Please note: requests for pool access and cards is not an emergency, calls will be returned Monday – Friday only.
